This review is exclusively about the variant Angel (Lady) with case, EAN 810476014766. That number is verified in two independent ways with the manufacturer: partly in the variant data on the product page, where the barcode 810476014766 is linked specifically to the combination Angel (Lady) and With case, and partly as a printed barcode on the manufacturer’s own image of the back of the packaging. It’s worth checking, because the same product page also sells an anal variant with the texture Succubus and a version with no case at all — and they have their own item numbers.

In Sweden, the item is sold by six sex shops at prices between 676 and 849 SEK, and all six had it in stock during the price check. That’s unusually good availability in this category, and it makes the price difference of 173 SEK a real difference rather than a theoretical one.

• Succubus (Butt) with case — an anal variant with a completely different texture that the manufacturer describes as tighter and more intense. It has its own item number: 810476013516.
• Succubus (Butt) without case — the corresponding sleeve variant.

So the difference between the two with cases is opening and texture, not quality or size class. The difference between with and without a case is only that you get or don’t get the hard outer shell — and because the case is both what makes the product discreet to store and what controls the suction, this variant is hard to recommend as a first-time purchase.

Material: Real Feel Super Skin and what it is actually made of

The material issue is the single most important characteristic of a product that’s meant to lie against mucous membranes, and it is also the area where Fleshlight differs the most from competitors that build in silicone. It’s worth going through what the manufacturer itself writes, because the brand name Real Feel Super Skin by itself says nothing about the chemistry.

What SuperSkin is made of according to the manufacturer

A silicone product doesn’t have that problem, but it also doesn’t feel like SuperSkin, and that is exactly the trade-off the buyer is making.

The case is made of hard plastic. The manufacturer does not specify the type of plastic for the case on the product page, and none of the six Swedish stores states what plastic the case is made of. What can be established is that the case has a removable cap on the top that conceals the sleeve, a threaded end cap at the bottom that controls the airflow, and that Fleshlight Girls is embossed into the actual material rather than printed on.

Phthalates, BPA and what the material declaration means

Phthalates are a group of plasticizers used to make plastic—above all, flexible PVC—pliable. The Swedish Chemicals Agency describes them as substances that can affect the endocrine system and make reproduction more difficult, and several of them are therefore restricted or banned within the EU in a large number of products. It should be said what the declaration does not cover. Fleshlight does not mention BPA or latex in its material declaration for this product, either on the product page, in the FAQ, or on the packaging. A manufacturer stating phthalate-free but staying silent about BPA is not in itself a sign that BPA is present in the product—mineral oil–based elastomers normally contain no BPA, because BPA belongs in polycarbonate and epoxy—but it is an information that is missing, and that Arcwave, for example, does state for its Ghost. Anyone who needs an explicit statement on latex or BPA will not get it here.

Measurements and weight: 247.65 × 98.43 millimeters

The case’s dimensions are printed on the packaging and therefore represent the manufacturer’s own information: the length is stated as 9.75 inches, converted to 247.65 millimeters, and the width as 3.88 inches, converted to 98.43 millimeters. It’s unusual for a manufacturer in this category to publish measurements to the nearest hundredth of a millimeter, and the reason, of course, is that the inch figures are the originals and the millimeters are a direct conversion.

Swedish stores round. Both Joyland and Vuxen state the length as 25 centimeters, which matches 247.65 millimeters rounded. Mshop lists the package dimensions as 25 by 10 by 10 centimeters, which also fits with a case that is 9.84 centimeters wide.

The weight deserves a note. Fleshlight does not publish any product weight on the product page or on the packaging. The only weight value in the manufacturer’s own data is 907 grams, and it appears in the variant data in the web shop—the same value is also used for Stamina Training Unit and Go Surge Lady, i.e. products of completely different sizes. In other words, it’s a shipping template, not a measured product weight. Mshop, on its part, lists 0.73 kilogram for the entire package. Expect that the product in your hand weighs in that range, but treat both figures as shipping weights until the manufacturer publishes a real product weight.

The shape is what gave the product its name: a cylindrical plastic body with a ridged grip area in the middle, a screw cap at the bottom, and a removable cap over the opening. The point of this shape is storage rather than ergonomics. With the cap on, the product looks like a flashlight in a drawer, and the sleeve is protected inside instead of collecting dust.

How to use it: suction, lubricant, and grip

The manufacturer’s instructions for use are available as a PDF in 22 languages, including Swedish, and it’s short enough to read in two minutes. The first step is to remove and discard the shipping tube that sits inside the sleeve—not all units are delivered with one, but if it’s there, it should be removed. Then both the product and the user are generously lubricated, and the product is used with your hand.

It sounds easy, and it is. But two of the steps have consequences worth understanding before you buy, because they distinguish a Fleshlight from a simple stroker: the adjustable suction and the dependence on lubricant.

The benefit is that you can change resistance during use without having to pause. The stores describe the same function using different wording. Lustly calls it adjustable vacuum via the bottom cap, which is a correct description, even if it is phrased freely. Which lubricant works — and which destroys the sleeve?

Here, the manufacturer is as clear as it gets, and the instruction in the Swedish manual is in all caps: use only water-based lubricants such as Fleshlube. Lubricants that are oil- and silicone-based will harm the sleeve. The same thing is repeated in the FAQ, with the wording that the products should never be used with anything other than a water-based lubricant, since other types can damage the sleeve over time.

This isn’t a precautionary rule; it’s a material property. The sleeve is an oil-borne elastomer, and both silicone oil and vegetable oils dissolve into the material instead of staying on the surface. The result is a surface that first feels slippery and then gradually softens, becomes sticky, and finally splits. Such damage can’t be repaired—only the sleeve can be replaced. So the fact that all six Swedish stores recommend using a water-based lubricant in their own product texts in this case is not upselling but correct information.

A message that’s easy to miss: the manufacturer states that a condom works with the product, provided that the condom is only lubricated with a water-based lubricant—and that the sleeve still has to be cleaned afterwards.

Does it fit all sizes? What Full Size actually means

The manufacturer divides its range into four size classes, and this product belongs to the largest one. The three smaller classes are for those who want something else: GO accommodates 8 to 9 inches and 6.5 inches in circumference, Flight accommodates 7 to 8 inches and 5.5 inches, and Quickshot is open at both ends, about 4 inches long and accommodates 4.5 inches in circumference. The point of this list is that Full Size is not automatically the right choice: a shorter channel provides tighter contact along the entire length, while a full-size channel provides room but can feel loose in the far part if it isn’t filled in.

Adult supplements the manufacturer’s information with two measurements of its own: insertable length 22 centimeters and maximum diameter 5 centimeters. It’s the store’s information, not the manufacturer’s — Fleshlight publishes neither insertable length in centimeters nor the channel’s diameter. The 22 centimeters are slightly below the manufacturer’s own lower limit of 9 inches, which corresponds to 22.9 centimeters, which is to be expected: the store likely measures the sleeve’s physical channel, while the manufacturer specifies what the material stretches to. Adult also states that the elasticity is stretchable and the stiffness is soft.

Cleaning, drying, and Renewing Powder

Care is the part of this product that actually requires something from the owner, and it’s also the most common reason a Fleshlight is used up prematurely. The manufacturer’s instructions are found both in the Swedish manual and in the FAQ, and they can be summarized in three steps that are also printed as icons on the back of the packaging: rinse, air-dry, renew.

Cleaning step by step according to the manufacturer’s manual

Remove the sleeve from its case and let warm water run through it to rinse away any remaining fluids. For a more thorough cleaning, apply a few sprays of the manufacturer’s own cleaning spray before you rinse. It sounds trivial, but there is a prohibition in the English version of the same instruction that is missing from the Swedish: never use a cleaning agent that contains soap or dish detergent, because such products break down the sleeve. Ordinary hand soap or dish detergent is therefore explicitly wrong here—which is the opposite of what applies to a silicone product.

The manufacturer also explicitly advises against turning the sleeve inside out to clean it. The reason given is that it can cause micro-cracks, which in turn can provide a breeding ground for mold. It’s the only handling instruction in the entire documentation that is justified with a health risk, and it’s worth taking seriously for that reason.

Drying: the part that determines the service life

After cleaning, shake off any excess water and let the sleeve air-dry. The manufacturer’s Swedish manual states it in uppercase: never put away your Fleshlight wet. The FAQ specifies that the sleeve should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated space until it’s completely dry, and that a paper towel or microfiber cloth can be gently threaded through the sleeve to speed up the process.

This is the practical downside of this product type, and it should be factored in before you buy. A full-size sleeve is about two decimeters long, with a texture full of pockets and chambers, and it doesn’t dry out in a quarter of an hour. The manufacturer sells several accessories specifically to solve the problem — a bladder device and three different drying racks — which in itself says something about how often it’s experienced as a problem. If you don’t have a place where a wet sleeve can lie and air-dry for several hours, you should think twice.

What Renewing Powder does and why it’s needed

After the sleeve has dried completely, Fleshlight Renewing Powder should be applied to give it a skin-like texture. The manufacturer is careful about the wording: in the FAQ it says the powder isn’t a requirement in care, but that they strongly recommend it, because it preserves the skin-like feel and prevents the sleeve from feeling sticky. A limitation is also stated — the powder should not be used on the manufacturer’s transparent sleeves, because it affects the transparency. That limitation doesn’t apply to this product, which is opaque in color Light Flesh.

What can be established is that the powder is a consumable item that isn’t included in the package. In the box you’ll find the sleeve, the case, a free sample of Fleshlube, and the care instructions — but neither a cleaning spray nor Renewing Powder. So, expect ongoing costs in addition to the purchase price if you want to follow the manufacturer’s own recommendation fully.

Water resistance: what the claim is actually based on

Both Mshop, Vuxen, and Joyland state that the product is waterproof, and Mshop writes it as one hundred percent waterproof. Lustly goes further and writes that both the inner sleeve and the case are completely watertight, and that the product works in the shower and bath.

Those are reasonable claims, but they need to be qualified. Fleshlight does not state any IP rating for this product and, in fact, makes no explicit water-resistance claim on the product page or on the packaging at all. Water resistance is therefore a shop claim, not a manufacturer claim. What the manufacturer writes instead is that the sleeve is cleaned under running warm water, and that the case should be kept dry and ventilated — which in practice assumes that both parts can handle water, but it isn’t the same thing as a classification.

The difference matters on one point. An electronic product with IPX7 has been tested for submersion according to a standard, and the manufacturer takes responsibility for that. There’s no electronics at all here, which makes the water issue easier — there’s nothing that can short-circuit — but it also means that no one has tested and certified anything. The practical advice becomes the same as what the manufacturer itself gives: feel free to rinse, but never put the sleeve away wet.

No electronics: what it means in practice

This product has neither a motor, battery, charging connector, nor an app. Mshop expresses it elegantly in its own spec field: drive power, hand power. That has four consequences worth highlighting, because they are all advantages that are rarely discussed.

First of all, there is no battery life to relate to, and thus nothing that degrades. On a battery-powered product, the lithium cell is almost always what determines the service life, and since it is built in, the product is used up when the cell is used up. Here, instead, the sleeve is what wears out, and it can be replaced separately—the manufacturer sells Fleshlight Girls sleeves as a standalone item.

Second, there is no charging cable to misplace and no proprietary charging interface. Third, there is no sound level to measure. The question of decibels is not relevant here—there is no motor that can make noise, and the sounds that do occur come from the air and the lubricant, not from the product itself. Fourth, there are no temperature limitations caused by the battery. However, the material’s own limits apply: the Swedish manual recommends the manufacturer’s sleeve warmer to get the material to skin temperature, which assumes that the material can’t tolerate arbitrary heat.

What’s missing, of course, is also obvious. There is no vibration, no automation, and nothing that does the work for the user. The manufacturer sells separate accessories for exactly that—a drive unit and a shower mount—but they are not included, and they cost more than the product itself.

Three comparisons are relevant: against the manufacturer’s best-selling product in the same size class, against the compact variant of the same concept, and against an entirely different material choice from another manufacturer. Fleshlight Stamina Training Unit costs from 591 SEK, i.e. 85 SEK less than Kendra Sunderland Angel at its cheapest. The manufacturer charges $69.95 for STU versus $79.95 for the Fleshlight Girls variant, so the price difference is real and not just a shop effect.

The specifications, however, are very close to each other. STU belongs to the same size class: Full Size, with up to 9 inches in length and 7.5 inches in circumference. It has the same removable sleeve in the same material, the same case with an adjustable end cap, and the same care requirements. What differs is two things: the texture, which for STU is called Endurance and, according to the manufacturer, is designed to mimic intense sensations in order to increase endurance, and the case’s color, which is gold-colored instead of mother-of-pearl white.

The conclusion is therefore unusually clean: if you compare based on function, these two products are in practice the same product with different inserts, and STU is cheaper. If you compare based on the casting—meaning that the opening is shaped for a specific person and that the signature is cast into the material—there is no way around the Fleshlight Girls price, because that’s exactly what you pay those 85 SEK for.

Against Fleshlight GO Surge Lady — 227 SEK and one size smaller

Fleshlight GO Surge Lady costs from 449 SEK, so 227 SEK less. Here, the difference is not cosmetic but dimensional: GO Surge belongs to the GO Series, which, according to the manufacturer’s FAQ, holds 8 to 9 inches in length and up to 6.5 inches in circumference, versus full size’s 9 to 10 inches in length and 7.5 inches in circumference.

What that means in practice is two different things at the same time. The smaller unit is easier to store, faster to dry, and significantly easier to take with you—which is the whole point of the series. But it also gives you a tighter channel with a smaller opening diameter, and it therefore doesn’t suit everyone equally well. The manufacturer is clear that full size is the class with the largest opening diameter at insertion.

Neither of them is objectively better. The one who’s unsure whether the product type even works for them can find out for 449 SEK instead of 676, with the reservation that a channel that’s too tight gives a different—and worse—first impression than a roomy one.

Against Arcwave Ghost — 507 SEK apart and two different materials

Arcwave Ghost costs from 169 SEK and is the most interesting comparison, because it’s built on the opposite material philosophy. Arcwave states the model designation PIN00A, product dimensions 40 by 100 millimeters, product weight 68 grams, ABS material and body-safe silicone without phthalates, BPA, or latex, that the product can be submerged in water without damage, and a two-year warranty.

Set it against Fleshlight: 247.65-millimeter case versus 100-millimeter stroker, no published product weight versus 68 grams, mineral-oil-based elastomer versus silicone, a phthalate declaration versus one that covers phthalates, BPA, and latex, and 90 days’ liability for defects versus a two-year warranty. On every reported row except one, Arcwave publishes more than Fleshlight does.

The only row where the comparison comes out the other way is also the decisive one: Ghost is a reversible stroker without a case, without suction control, and without casting, with an insert part that’s a tenth of a meter long. It’s a completely different product for a completely different type of use. Silicone is non-porous and therefore easier to keep clean, it tolerates soap and doesn’t break down from oils—but it doesn’t give the soft, skin-like feel that’s the whole business idea behind SuperSkin. If you want easy-to-care-for material and published data, Arcwave wins. If you want a full-size channel, adjustable suction, and a cast opening, there’s no equivalent in that price range.

Price range: 676 to 849 SEK and six shops with stock

Six Swedish shops sell the item with EAN 810476014766. The lowest price is Joyland at 676 SEK, and the highest is Mshop at 849 SEK. It’s a 173 SEK difference, or 26 percent, for exactly the same item number, the same texture, and the same packaging.

The stock situation is unusually good. All six shops had the product in stock at the price check, which differs markedly from most products in this category, where half are usually sold out. Mshop also reports fourteen units remaining in its own warehouse balance. Having the item in stock at all six means the 173 SEK price difference is directly available — you don’t need to choose between the cheapest option and something that’s deliverable.

The “midfield” is tight: four of six shops — Vuxen, Blush Me, SexleksakerOutlet, and Lustly — are all at exactly 795 SEK. That’s the recommended price in practice. Joyland deviates downward to 676 SEK from a regular price of 899, meaning an active discount, while Mshop is 54 SEK above the midfield. Vuxen lists 799 SEK as the regular price versus 795 in the feed, which is a marginal difference.

One thing to count on in the total: the shipping terms differ more than the price. Blush Me and SexleksakerOutlet state zero kronor in shipping in their feeds, while Lustly charges 49 SEK, Mshop 39 SEK, and Joyland 69 SEK. When calculated on shipping-inclusive delivery, Joyland’s lead over the midfield shrinks from 119 to just over 100 SEK, and Mshop’s premium over Blush Me lands at just under 100 SEK. Always check the final price in the checkout.

Where the shops say the opposite of the manufacturer

Two deviations are worth stating, since both can lead to an incorrect purchase.

The first is at Vuxen. The shop’s quick facts under the heading Openings list the value Anal, even though the same page in the running text describes the product as a cast of Kendra Sunderlands vagina. The manufacturer links EAN 810476014766 unambiguously to the Angel (Lady) variant, meaning a vaginal opening— the anal variant is called Succubus and has a different item number. Vuxen’s spec field is therefore wrong, and anyone who shops on that specific line risks thinking they’re buying the wrong product. Joyland states Vagina in the corresponding field.

The second is at Lustly, whose product text begins by saying that the collection was developed in an exclusive collaboration with the film company Marc Dorcel. That’s not true. Fleshlight Girls is the manufacturer’s own series, and the manufacturer’s own text about Kendra Sunderland links her to Penthouse and Vixen, where she was named Vixen Angel of the Year 2017 — which is also the explanation for why the texture is called Angel. When a shop and the manufacturer contradict each other about the product’s origin, the manufacturer wins.

However, two details can only be obtained from the retailers, and they should be treated as store information: the Vuxen insertable length of 22 centimeters and a maximum diameter of 5 centimeters, as well as Mshop’s package weight of 0.73 kilograms and packaging dimensions of 25 by 10 by 10 centimeters. They complement the manufacturer’s data in a useful way, but they are not verified by Fleshlight.

Who is it for—and who is it not for?

It’s for you if you want a full-size channel with adjustable suction and don’t mind taking care of the product after each use.
