How to read the archive

Each card shows the product’s category, the rating on a 0–10 scale, and a line on what sets it apart from the alternatives. The price is the lowest we found at any of the Swedish shops that sell the item during the most recent price check — the date is shown in the respective review. Prices in this category often move by several hundred kronor between promotions, and the difference between the most expensive and the cheapest shop for the same item number is regularly larger than most people think.

The basis is the manufacturer’s published specifications, product manuals, and the shops’ product data, compiled per product and compared against direct competitors. Every numeric value in a review has a source link at the bottom of the page. Where a manufacturer does not publish a value, it is stated explicitly instead of an estimate.

The ratings can be compared within a category but not between categories: a masturbator and a clitoral stimulator are assessed on different things. Read more about the rating scale and about how the assessment is done.
