• Flight Adapter — a separate accessory that’s required if you want to use any Flight with Fleshlights Shower Mount. It isn’t included, and it costs 9,95 dollar from the manufacturer.

So the difference between the models is the texture, not the format: all three share the same size specification and the same case. That also means the choice between them is purely a matter of taste, and that someone buying “a Flight” because it’s small can choose freely among the three without the size changing.

Material and build quality: SuperSkin and the black case

But there is one exception that applies to this particular model. Why Flight requires its own adapter for the Shower Mount

Fleshlights Shower Mount is a suction-cup mount that makes the product hands-free against a smooth surface. It doesn’t fit Flight directly. Does a condom work with Fleshlight Flight Pilot?

Yes. Against Fleshlight GO Surge — bigger, and cheaper in Sweden

The GO series is Fleshlight’s mid-size range. The manufacturer states that the GO Surge Lady has up to 8 inches in length and 6½ inches in circumference, i.e., a full inch longer and an inch thicker than the Flight class, and unlike Pilot it has an anatomically molded nozzle. According to the manufacturer, the package includes a pouch, sleeve, and instructions manual.

At the manufacturer, GO Surge Lady costs 59,95 euro versus Pilot’s 49,95 euro. In Sweden, it’s the other way around again: GO Surge Pink Lady is sold from 449 SEK versus Pilots 469 SEK, meaning 20 SEK cheaper for the larger model — at Vuxen, which lists it as discounted from 645 SEK and in stock. It’s the most surprising figure in this entire comparison, and it changes the advice: the one who chooses Flight over GO does it for the format, not for the price.

So what you actually pay for with Flight is discretion and the tighter fit. If the case size is irrelevant to you — if you live alone, and you don’t take it with you when you travel — then there is right now no price argument at all for Flight over GO.

Against Fleshlight Quickshot Vantage — half the size, open at both ends

Quickshot is the manufacturer’s smallest format: about 4 inches long and up to 4½ inches in circumference, open at both ends, with a clear case and a cap for both openings. The construction makes it easier to clean — water passes straight through — and it can be used either with your hand or with a partner.

The manufacturer is also unusually straightforward about the limitation and spells it out in plain text on the product page: anyone who is thicker than about 5,5 inches or 14 centimeters may find Quickshot too tight or limiting. That exact figure is also the key to understanding Flight class’s specification, since 5½ inches is exactly the Flight series’ circumference limit.

Against Arcwave Ghost — silicone, dimensions, and a two-year warranty for a third of the price

Arcwave Ghost is the most interesting comparison, because it differs exactly on the points where Fleshlight is weakest. Arcwave states the model designation PIN00A, the material ABS, body-friendly silicone without phthalates, BPA, or latex, the dimensions 40 × 100 millimeter, the weight 68 gram, that the product can be submerged in water, and that it has two years of warranty. It’s also reversible, with two different textures on each side of the sleeve.

Compare it with Fleshlight, which does not publish either outer dimensions, weight, or warranty duration for the Flight Pilot. The difference in the data disclosed is not marginal — it’s total. And the price goes the same way: Arcwave Ghost in black is sold in Sweden from 169 SEK in stock, so 300 SEK less than Flight Pilot.

What Fleshlight has with Arcwave that it doesn’t have is the size and the material feel. Ghost is a ten-centimeter handheld sleeve without a hard case; Flight Pilot is a closed etui with a molded-in channel that's almost double the length. Price range: 469 to 699 SEK and seven stores with stock

Nine Swedish stores sell the item with EAN 810476019440. The lowest price is Lustly at 469 SEK, and the highest is Vuxenkul at 699 SEK. That’s a difference of 230 SEK, or 49 percent, for the exact same item number, the same sleeve, and the same case.

The stock situation is unusually good for this category: seven of the nine stores had the product in stock at the price check, and the two that were missing it—Sextoycity at 599 SEK and Vuxenkul at 699 SEK—are also the two most expensive. That means the price spread among the stores that can actually deliver is smaller than it looks: 469 to 584 SEK, i.e. 115 SEK.

A piece of information worth noting: the manufacturer’s own web shop lists Flight Pilot at 489 SEK for Swedish visitors, but it’s sold out. So the cheapest Swedish store is 20 SEK below the manufacturer’s own price, and seven Swedish stores can deliver while the manufacturer itself can’t. That’s unusual, and it’s an argument for buying locally even if you otherwise prefer to buy directly from the source—especially because a purchase from a Swedish store gives you Swedish consumer rights without customs handling.

Who is Fleshlight Flight Pilot for—and who isn’t it for?

Warranty, complaints, and the right of withdrawal

Here is a piece of information that should affect the purchase: Fleshlight does not publish any warranty period for Flight Pilot, either this year or for months. Instead, there is a return policy. According to the manufacturer’s own policy, unopened and unused goods are accepted for return within 30 days from delivery in exchange for a refund of the item value, while opened or used goods are never accepted and are discarded if sent in. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

For defects, another time limit applies: if the item is defective or the wrong item, the manufacturer must be contacted within 90 days from delivery, after which they send replacement at their own expense once they have seen pictures that substantiate the fault. What always applies, however, is your statutory rights, and they are stronger than the manufacturer’s.
