What a torso masturbator is — and why it isn’t just a big pocket pussy
A torso masturbator is a masturbator shaped like part of a body: a lower body, a bum, a torso from neck to thigh. It’s made to be laid on the bed or another flat surface and used there, and it’s the weight that makes that possible. The product stays put on its own, and it’s the user who moves — not a hand moving the product back and forth.
That difference is what defines the scope of this guide. A handheld masturbator — a sleeve in a hard case, a pocket pussy weighing a few hundred grams, a stroker — is ranked in the masturbator guide, which covers fifty-seven such models. This is the other field: the big, heavy bodies nobody holds in their hand. The two guides never rank the same product, and four candidates that ended up in the pool for this guide but are handheld are listed among the exclusions at the bottom, with the reason spelled out.
In the other direction, the line runs against the full sex doll with head, arms and legs, which weighs tens of kilos and is an entirely different purchase. That difference is explained in the sex doll vs torso guide. A torso is the in-between form: only the part of the body that’s used, at a weight that stays put but can still be lifted.
How it differs from a handheld masturbator, in four points
The weight provides the resistance. A sleeve needs a hand holding it steady the whole time. A torso of four, six or ten kilos doesn’t, and that’s the whole reason it exists. The winner’s manufacturer describes the use in exactly those terms: place the product on a flat surface and use it there.
The channel is fixed. In a handheld masturbator the sleeve can often be lifted out of its case and rinsed freely under the tap, and some models are open at both ends so the water runs straight through. In all thirteen torsos on this list the channel is moulded into the body. It can’t be taken out, turned inside out or held up to the light. Everything that needs removing has to be rinsed out and dried where it sits.
The care weighs as much as the product. A sleeve is carried to the sink in one hand. An eight-kilo torso has to be lifted, rinsed, dried inside two channels and then laid on its back on a soft surface — every time. It’s the single biggest difference between the categories, and anyone who knows the routine won’t happen should choose a handheld model instead.
Storage is a problem of its own. The largest product on the list is sixty centimetres long, the heaviest weighs ten kilos, and the manufacturers require it to be stored dark, cool and lying down. It won’t fit in a bedside drawer, and it can’t be tidied away in a second.
The term torso masturbator is used for several shapes that solve different things, and shops mix them freely. This review contains five.
The classic torso is a female lower body or torso with two openings, one vaginal and one anal. Six of the thirteen belong here, counting the full-size model Twerking Britney, from Virgin Fuck Babe at three and a half kilos to Big Fat Banging Babe at ten.
The bum model is moulded from behind and depicts only the buttocks. Big Ass Banger and Big Bubble Butt are the two on the list, and both have vibrating bullets.
The half body with bust runs from neck to thigh. Horny Nympho, Big Boobs Banging Baby and Fuck Me Silly Mega Masturbator #2 belong here. The format gives you more body, but also more to lift, rinse and store.
The masculine torso has a penis at the front and an anal opening at the back. Ride My Hard Dick is the only one on the list, and it wins.
The inflatable doll is a different product class turning up in the same search. CalExotics Kiki weighs 0.41 kilos empty and packs down into a flat box, and it’s included because it answers the same question — a body to use rather than a sleeve to hold — in an entirely different way.
Why no model in the field reaches six out of ten
The top score on this list is 5.7. In the masturbator guide the winner scores 8.5. It’s worth saying plainly before you read the list: this is a weak field, and the scores are low for three reasons that apply to practically every product in it.
It isn’t that thin documentation is penalised as such. The method is the same as on the rest of the site: if a value is missing, the product can’t earn points on that point, but the lack of information isn’t deducted as a minus. The problem in this category is that the gaps sit exactly where the points are handed out — in material, cleaning and durability.
The material: porous, in a channel that can’t be taken out
Twelve of the thirteen are moulded in TPE or TPR, two plasticised thermoplastics that behave like rubber but are moulded like plastic. That’s why the category exists at all: the material gives skin-like softness in large, complex shapes for a fraction of what silicone would cost. The thirteenth, Kiki, is phthalate-free PVC.
The price of the softness is porosity. TPE and TPR have microscopic cavities where moisture, lube and body fluids can linger, and they can be cleaned but not sterilised. In a sleeve that lifts out, that’s manageable. In a fixed channel inside a six-kilo body it’s the category’s fundamental problem, and it’s the reason none of the thirteen scores above 5.2 on material and hygiene.
On top of that, manufacturers rarely say what the material is. Only two of the thirteen have a phthalate declaration from the manufacturer: Twerking Britney, which is stated to be free of phthalates and latex, and Kiki, which is stated to be phthalate-free PVC. For the other eleven there is no such information. On four of them the manufacturer also gives two different materials for the same product — TPE in the body text and TPR in the spec table, or TPR on the product page and TPE in the manual.
A missing declaration doesn’t prove there’s anything harmful in the material. But it does mean there’s no document from the manufacturer to rely on, for a product intended for contact with mucous membranes. More on what phthalates are and why they’re regulated in the guide to safe materials.
Weight: the product’s whole point and the biggest obstacle to looking after it
Weight is what makes a torso work, and it’s also what makes it hard to own. The field spans from 2.7 kilos for Twerking Britney to ten kilos for Big Fat Banging Babe, with the inflatable doll as the exception.
Every kilo has to be lifted to the sink or shower after every use, held under running water while two channels are rinsed, dried inside and carried back. The manufacturer of the Bangers series explicitly warns in its manual that the product is heavier than the masturbators you’re used to and must not be dropped — a dent in soft TPE can’t be undone.
So weight pulls the score in two directions. It raises the construction score, because a heavy, solid-cast body with no moving parts has little that can break. And it lowers the cleaning score, because a heavy body with blind channels is harder to get completely dry. That’s why the heaviest model on the list isn’t the best, and the lightest torso comes second.
The spec sheets: what manufacturers don’t write, and what they write twice
Three details are missing almost across the board, and all three are ones that actually affect the purchase.
Insertion depth. Only two manufacturers publish how long the channel is: Dream Toys states 19.5 centimetres for Twerking Britney, and Pipedream states about seven inches, i.e. roughly 17.8 centimetres, for Fuck Me Silly #2. For the winner, the shops consistently give 18 centimetres, but the manufacturer itself says nothing. For the other ten there’s no measurement at all — even though the same manufacturer publishes the figure for several sister models not included here.
Warranty period. Eleven of thirteen have no published warranty period. Hidden Desire’s manual only states that faults must be reported to the retailer and that the warranty applies to unused products. The exceptions are Kiki, with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and Fuck Me Silly #2, with one year against mechanical failure on a product that has no mechanics.
Waterproofing. Only two have an IP rating under IEC 60529: Twerking Britney is IPX6 and Fuck My Horny Vibrating Cunt IPX5. Five are described only with the word waterproof, with no rating. One — Fuck Me Silly #2 — must not be submerged at all, according to the manufacturer.
And where details do exist, they often contradict themselves. For Big Ass Banger four different weights circulate for the same item, for Big Fat Banging Babe three and for Big Bubble Butt three. Horny Nympho is listed as both 45 and 42 centimetres long on the same manufacturer page. Twerking Britney is given two different diameters and two different IP ratings in the manufacturer’s own material, and Fuck My Horny Vibrating Cunt five vibration modes in one graphic and ten in the table. Kiki no longer has a product page with the manufacturer at all, and the manual doesn’t load in any of its five languages.
Ten of thirteen come from the same series — this is what they have in common
Hidden Desire’s Bangers series accounts for ten of the thirteen ranked products, and anyone who understands the series understands most of the field. The series is marketed under the material name Realistic Love Skin, which is a trade name and not a technical designation. Behind it is TPE or TPR depending on the product, and sometimes depending on which line of the same page you read.
The series has a shared manual for the masturbator line, a ten-page PDF, and it’s better than the product pages. It sets out the cleaning routine, storage on its back, the warning against bending the product and the fact that the material is flammable. It also sets out the warranty terms: faults must be reported to the retailer with a receipt, the warranty only applies to unused products, and minor skin irregularities such as slight discolouration don’t count as faults. No warranty period in months or years is given.
Three quirks recur and are worth knowing about before you buy. The colour goes by different names in different shops — the same variant can be called Caramel, Nude, Beige and dark skin tone — so you can’t colour-match between shops. The same item is sometimes sold under another brand: Virgin Fuck Babe is also available as ACT, with the same barcode. And the manufacturer’s own product name can differ from the shop’s: what the shop calls Big Boobs Banging Baby is called Big Boobs Banging Bitch by the manufacturer. In every case the barcode is the only thing that reliably identifies the product.
How the order was set: eighteen models, five criteria
This isn’t hands-on testing but a desk review: eighteen models read against the manufacturers’ product pages, manuals, dimension graphics and cross-section images, with shop information marked as exactly that where the manufacturer is silent. Every figure in the table above has a source link in the product’s own review.
Four manufacturers are in the ranking. Hidden Desire accounts for ten of the thirteen, all from the Bangers series, and the rest are split between Dream Toys, Pipedream and CalExotics. One brand dominating also means its documentation habits shape the whole field — what the Bangers series publishes, and doesn’t publish, recurs in ten of thirteen product cards.
What was included, and what was taken out
The requirement was that the product is a large masturbator intended to be laid down and used — torso, bum, half body, full-size model or inflatable doll — and that the manufacturer or a wholesaler has published something to check against.
Five of the eighteen fell outside the scope. Four are handheld: two Fleshlight Girls sleeves already ranked in the masturbator guide, a small TPE pocket pussy and a stroker with a grip core. They’re best judged against other handheld models, and a product shouldn’t be ranked in two guides. The fifth is a bondage harness for torso and arms that ended up in the pool because of the word torso in its name. It has neither channel nor opening.
The five criteria
Material and hygiene, cleaning and water resistance, construction and durability, function and controls, and value for money. Each criterion is scored 0–10 and the score is the average of the five, which carry equal weight. They’re the same criteria as in the masturbator guide, so scores can be compared between the two guides.
Two reviews differ in how the criteria are named. For Kiki, cleaning is replaced by how complete the specification is, because an inflatable PVC doll is cleaned in an entirely different way. For Horny Nympho, dimensions and construction is a criterion of its own and completeness of specification another. The scores are still set on the same scale from 0 to 10, and they appear here exactly as in each review.
Battery isn’t a criterion of its own, because nine of the thirteen have no electronics at all. Where there’s a motor it’s weighed under function, and where a built-in cell makes the product dependent on a charging cable it’s weighed under durability.
Where the points land — and where they don’t
The sub-scores in the reviews show clearly what separates the field and what doesn’t.
Material and hygiene sits between 3.5 and 5.2 for all thirteen. Cleaning and water resistance sits between 2.8 and 5.0 — no product on the list scores more than five on the criterion that, in the masturbator guide, separates the best from the rest. On those two criteria the field is in practice equally weak throughout, and so they decide almost nothing about the order.
What decides it is construction, function and value for money. Construction runs from 3.8 for the inflatable doll to 6.6 for the winner, which has an internal skeleton and a bendable penis in a body with no electronics. Function runs from 4.0 for the torsos that only have their channels to 6.0 for Fuck My Horny Vibrating Cunt with ten vibration modes and for Kiki with its fixed wrap-around pose. And value for money, which runs from 3.6 to 7.5, is the criterion where the field is at its strongest: a lot of material for the money is the category’s real selling point.
That also explains the order at the bottom. Fuck Me Silly #2 has one of the more complete specifications on the list, but scores 2.8 on cleaning because it mustn’t be submerged, and 3.6 on value for money. Big Fat Banging Babe is the heaviest and has separate channels, but is pulled down by the fact that ten kilos is hard to look after and that its documentation is thinner than its siblings’.
Three pairs with the same score — how the order was decided
Three times, two products share the same rounded score. The order within the pair is then decided by the unrounded average of the five criteria, shown in each review.
Big Ass Banger and Virgin Fuck Babe both have 5.3. Unrounded it’s 5.32 against 5.28, and Big Ass Banger goes first — the vibration and the two removable bullets count for more on function than Virgin Fuck Babe’s better-documented dimensions count on construction.
Big Bubble Butt and Fat Fuck Queen both have 5.2. Unrounded it’s 5.20 against 5.16, and Big Bubble Butt goes first on function, for the same reason.
Big Fat Banging Babe and Kiki both have 4.8, and they have exactly the same unrounded average. Big Fat Banging Babe goes first because the manufacturer publishes the product’s dimensions — Kiki has no inflated dimensions at all, and that’s the only difference between them that is hard data.
Which suits whom — seven common needs and the answer on the list
The score tells you which product is best across five criteria combined. It doesn’t tell you which is right for you. Here are the most common needs and which model on the list meets them.
You want a masculine torso: Ride My Hard Dick. It’s the only one on the list, and it also wins on its own merits — the penis is bendable, the anal tunnel textured, and 4.5 kilos is enough for it to stay put.
You want to be able to check what the material is: Twerking Britney or Kiki. They’re the only two where the manufacturer declares the material phthalate-free.
You want the least care per session: Twerking Britney. It’s the lightest of the solid bodies, withstands water jets according to its IP rating and has a published channel length. The alternative is Virgin Fuck Babe, which also weighs under four kilos and has no electronics at all to keep dry.
You want vibration that lasts: Big Ass Banger or Big Bubble Butt. The bullets come out before cleaning, run on ordinary AAA batteries and can be replaced without replacing the body.
You want separate channels that are rinsed one at a time: Fat Fuck Queen, where the manufacturer’s cross-section shows two tunnels that never meet, and which is covered by the Bangers manual’s concrete care routine.
You want the most body: Horny Nympho or Fuck Me Silly #2 for a half body with bust, or Big Fat Banging Babe for the most weight. Expect all three to be heavy to look after, and remember that Fuck Me Silly #2 must never be submerged.
You have nowhere to store a heavy body: Kiki. The inflatable doll weighs 0.41 kilos and packs down flat, and it’s the only one on the list that can be put away flat.
How to choose a torso masturbator — five questions in the right order
In this category you can’t choose on the score alone. The difference between number one and number twelve is one point, and anyone who picks the wrong shape or the wrong weight has bought something that will sit unused regardless of its placing. Ask the questions below in order; each answer crosses off part of the list.
Start by deciding whether you need a torso or whether a handheld masturbator will do. A handheld model is easier to look after, easier to store and available in considerably better materials — several have silicone against the skin and can be submerged. They’re compared in the masturbator guide. A torso is the right buy if it’s the weight and the body you want: something that stays put so your hands are free, and a shape to use rather than an object to hold.
Then choose the shape. There’s one masculine torso with a penis on the list, the winner. Classic female torsos with two openings come in several weight classes. The bum model is the most compact format for its weight. A half body with bust gives the most body but also the most to look after. And the inflatable doll is the only option that can be folded up and hidden away.
2. How heavy should it be?
Heavier isn’t better. The weight should be enough for the product to stay put, but every kilo beyond that is a kilo to lift to the shower after every use. The field splits into three classes.
Under four kilos: Twerking Britney at 2.7, Big Ass Banger at just over three and Virgin Fuck Babe at 3.5. Can be carried in one hand and held under the shower without resting it on anything. It’s the class where care is most realistic to do every time, and it’s no accident that three of the top four placings are here.
Four and a half to six and a half kilos: Ride My Hard Dick, Juicy Double D, Fat Fuck Queen and Big Boobs Banging Baby. They sit firmly and need a proper grip to lift.
Seven and a half to ten kilos: Horny Nympho, Fuck Me Silly #2, Big Bubble Butt, Fuck My Horny Vibrating Cunt and Big Fat Banging Babe. A two-handed lift, and in practice a product rinsed in the shower rather than at the sink. Hidden Desire’s manual itself reminds you that the product is heavier than you’re used to and must not be dropped.
3. Separate channels, a shared one, or just one?
The number of openings says less than how the channels connect. Separate channels, as in Fat Fuck Queen, Big Fat Banging Babe and Virgin Fuck Babe, are rinsed and dried one at a time: double the work, but each channel is shorter and easier to get dry. A shared channel, as in Fuck Me Silly #2 where both openings lead into the same channel of about 17.8 centimetres, can be flushed through from one opening to the other — but is longer and harder to dry inside.
Every channel on the list is blind in the sense that it can’t be removed. None can be turned inside out. That’s the big difference from a handheld sleeve, and it’s why drying is the most important part of ownership. For Big Boobs Banging Baby the manufacturer doesn’t even publish whether the two channels are separate.
4. With or without a motor?
Nine of the thirteen have no electronics at all, and in this category that’s a real advantage. There’s no battery to age, no charging cable to lose and no electronics to keep dry while the channels are rinsed. A solid-cast TPE body with no moving parts has very little that can break.
The four with vibration handle the electronics in three ways, and the approach decides how the product ages. Big Ass Banger and Big Bubble Butt have bullets wired to an external control box, powered by three AAA batteries: the electronics can be removed before cleaning, and if they stop working it isn’t the whole product that’s finished. Twerking Britney has a built-in, rechargeable motor behind IPX6 and a magnetic charging cable. Fuck My Horny Vibrating Cunt has a built-in lithium-ion battery behind IPX5.
The built-in solution is more convenient in the moment but harder in the long run. The battery sits in a moulded TPE body, neither of the two manufacturers states that it can be replaced, and neither publishes its capacity. If you want vibration in a torso, the removable bullets are the option where the electronics and the body can age separately.
5. Can you live with what the manufacturer doesn’t tell you?
The last question is the hardest. Eleven of thirteen have no phthalate declaration and no published warranty period, and ten of thirteen lack an insertion depth. Anyone who insists on a material declaration has in practice two products to choose from: Twerking Britney and Kiki. Anyone who insists on a warranty period also has two: Kiki and Fuck Me Silly #2.
For the rest of the field, buying means choosing to accept the gaps — which is a reasonable choice for a product without electronics, where most of what can go wrong comes down to care. But it should be a conscious choice, not something you discover afterwards.
Inflatable or solid — two completely different ways to own the same thing
Kiki is the only inflatable product on the list, and it differs from the torsos on almost every point that matters day to day.
The material is PVC, not TPE. The manufacturer declares it phthalate-free, something only one of the twelve solid products has an equivalent statement for. The two openings are welded into the body and can’t be removed, just as in a torso, but the surface isn’t a thick, porous moulding with channels that have to be dried out inside. The manufacturer states that the doll should be washed before and after every use.
Storage is the big difference. Kiki weighs 0.41 kilos and packs into a box five centimetres high. A solid torso weighs between 2.7 and ten kilos and has to lie on its back, somewhere dark and cool, every day it isn’t in use. For anyone without a place to store a heavy body, that’s a decisive advantage.
The downside is that the doll is a different kind of product. It doesn’t stay put under its own weight — it weighs almost nothing — instead the pose is shaped to wrap around the user, and the manufacturer lists three positions as the entire repertoire. No inflated dimensions, no maximum load, no valve type and no repair patch are published, and the manufacturer’s product page no longer exists. That’s why it’s eleventh and not higher, despite the material declaration and the warranty.
Water: two IP ratings, one prohibition and ten blank lines
The IP rating is given under the IEC 60529 standard and describes how well an enclosure protects electronics. IPX7 means the product withstands submersion to one metre for thirty minutes. IPX6 handles powerful water jets, IPX5 water jets — both without submersion. No product on the list is IPX7.
This is how the field looks. Twerking Britney is IPX6 and can be rinsed under the shower. Fuck My Horny Vibrating Cunt is IPX5, and the electronics at the back must be kept out of the way while the channels are rinsed. According to the manufacturer, Fuck Me Silly #2 must not be submerged at all, because the foam core shrinks permanently from water.
For the other ten there’s no rating, and for most of them that makes sense: a product without electronics has no enclosure to rate. There, the question is instead what the manufacturer says about cleaning — and Hidden Desire’s manual builds the whole routine on warm soapy water, which shows the body tolerates water. No source, however, describes submerging them in a bath, and the Bangers manual indicates an internal skeleton in the series. Rinse, wash and dry; treat none of them as a bath toy.
Two traps. The word waterproof without a rating means nothing measurable — Big Ass Banger and Big Boobs Banging Baby are described as waterproof, but the bullets in Big Ass Banger still have to be removed before cleaning. And the shops make things up: several describe Fuck Me Silly #2 as waterproof or water-resistant, contrary to the manufacturer’s prohibition, and one gives the material in Fuck My Horny Vibrating Cunt as silicone. The manufacturer’s information is the only one that counts.
Care step by step — what decides whether it lasts one year or five
On a product without electronics, care is the entire maintenance, and the most thorough instructions in the field are Hidden Desire’s Bangers manual, which covers the whole series. It lists four steps after every use. More on cleaning sex toys in general in the cleaning guide.
Rinse the channels with warm soapy water, and keep going until no soap residue remains. Not hot: TPE and TPR soften with heat, and a heavy moulding can deform permanently. Boiling and the dishwasher are ruled out for everything on the list.
Dry the channels completely, inside, with a clean, dry cloth. It’s the most important step and the one most often skipped. A film of water left in a porous, blind channel is exactly the environment where microorganisms thrive, and it won’t dry out on its own inside a closed body.
Clean the outside with mild shower foam or soapy water, and dry with a soft, light-coloured towel. The light towel is a warning in itself: dark textiles can transfer dye to TPE, and the discolouration can’t be washed off.
Powder the channels and surface with maintenance powder once the product is dry. TPE gets sticky over time, and the powder keeps the surface dry. No published information says it’s included with any of the products on the list.
Two departures from the routine. According to the manufacturer, Twerking Britney is cleaned with an alcohol-free sex toy cleaner that is sprayed on and wiped off with a lint-free cloth, and may only be rinsed, not submerged. Fuck Me Silly #2 is cleaned by flushing water in and out through the front openings — never through the opening at the back, and never by submersion.
Lube: water-based, without exception
All thirteen should be used with water-based lube. The manufacturers say so themselves — the Bangers manual states that the masturbator has no moisture of its own and that lube should always be used generously, and Dream Toys explicitly prohibits silicone-based lube in both its manual and its FAQ.
There are two reasons. Silicone-based lube embeds itself in soft elastomer surfaces, making them sticky and progressively more porous. Oil-based products such as coconut oil, massage oil and Vaseline leave a film that water can’t rinse out of a blind channel. One shop recommends silicone-based lube for Virgin Fuck Babe, contrary to both the manufacturer and the other shops. Follow the manufacturer.
Storage: on its back, dark, cool and never bent
The storage section of the Bangers manual contains five instructions, and in practice they apply to the whole field. Don’t lay the product against hard or sharp surfaces, as the material dents and scratches. Store it lying on its back, preferably on a soft surface. Never store it bent, as the internal skeleton can be damaged. Don’t drop it. And keep it away from direct sunlight, fire and heat sources — the manufacturer states that the material is flammable, and UV light causes discolouration.
Taken together, that describes a space that is flat, soft, dark, cool and big enough. The smallest torso on the list measures 21 × 22.5 × 13 centimetres, the largest is sixty centimetres long. Sort out storage before the parcel arrives, not after. More tips in the guide to storing sex toys.
Before the parcel arrives: five things to sort out first
A torso is one of the few sex toys where it pays to prepare before delivery. Five things.
Receiving it. The boxes are big. The manufacturers give 30 × 23 × 17.5 centimetres for Twerking Britney, 25 × 15 × 38 for Virgin Fuck Babe, 36.5 × 36 × 24.5 for Fuck My Horny Vibrating Cunt, 42 × 38 × 21 for Big Fat Banging Babe and 41 × 18 × 51 for Horny Nympho. Expect the parcel not to fit through a letterbox and to weigh more than the product — for Fuck My Horny Vibrating Cunt, 10.5 kilos including packaging is stated.
The storage spot. Flat, soft, dark and cool, and big enough for the product to lie on its back without bending. A shelf in a wardrobe or a storage box with a towel in the bottom does the job for most models.
The accessories. Water-based lube, maintenance powder, a sex toy cleaner and a soft, light-coloured towel. None of it is included according to any published information, and for Big Ass Banger and Big Bubble Butt you’ll also need three AAA batteries.
The inspection. The Bangers manual says the product should be checked for defects before first use, and that the warranty only applies to unused products. So look over the surface, the openings and any electronics before the product is used for the first time — afterwards, under the manufacturer’s own terms, its warranty no longer applies.
The first wash. According to the manufacturer, Kiki should be washed before every use, including the first, and the same principle makes sense for all of them: rinse the channels and dry them before the product is used. Dust from the packaging doesn’t belong in a channel that has to be cleaned afterwards anyway.
Six mistakes that cost more in this category than in others
Buying the heaviest possible. The weight should be enough for the product to stay put, no more. Every extra kilo is lifted to the shower after every use, and a torso too heavy to look after properly becomes a torso that isn’t looked after.
Skipping the drying. It’s the costliest mistake of all. A fixed channel in porous material that is put away damp can’t be rescued afterwards, and unlike a handheld sleeve there’s no wear part to replace — the whole product is the wear part.
Storing it bent or in the sun. The Bangers manual states that the internal skeleton can be damaged by bent storage and that sunlight causes discolouration. A dent or a broken skeleton can’t be repaired.
Trusting the shop’s specification. Shops state silicone for a TPE product, call a product that mustn’t be submerged waterproof, and recommend silicone-based lube where the manufacturer says water-based. Several of the thirteen also have conflicting weights between sources. The manufacturer’s page is the only source.
Believing the word waterproof means something. Without an IP rating it’s sales copy. Always remove detachable electronics before cleaning, and never submerge a product that isn’t explicitly rated for it.
Opening the packaging to see if it suits you. Hidden Desire itself states that used products aren’t taken back for hygiene reasons and that the warranty only applies to unused goods. Check the product for damage before first use, but decide on the shape and weight before you break the seal.
