Since soft PVC by definition contains plasticizers, the question of which plasticizers are used is completely central for this type of material — significantly more central than for a silicone product, where softness comes from the polymer’s own structure and plasticizers are not needed at all.

All sources agree that the product is phthalate-free. The manufacturer states it at brand level, and Joyland, Vuxen, Blush Me, Joyme, and Shop Apotheke repeat it at product level. It’s a clear and unambiguous promise.

But read it for what it is. No source states which plasticizers are used instead of phthalates, and the manufacturer does not publish either a test protocol, a safety data sheet, or an EU declaration of conformity for the item.
