In its own European shop, ToyJoy prices the item at 95.00 euros. In Sweden, it’s sold by six shops at prices ranging from 495 to 939 SEK.

It’s also worth knowing already here that the shops’ information about this product differs unusually widely. Five Swedish shops list five different combinations of length, insertable length, and diameter for the exact same EAN. That question gets its own section further down, because it’s the single most important thing to have clear before you pay for a product whose entire selling point is its size.

What does “Get Real by ToyJoy” mean?

Get Real is ToyJoy’s line of realistically designed products—dildos and dongs that are modeled after a penis rather than having an abstract shape. The series name appears on the packaging together with the caption by TOYJOY, and that’s why the same item shows up under two different brand names in Swedish shops. Joyland and Blush Me list it under ToyJoy, while Joyme and one of Sexonics’ two listings list it under Get Real.

This is not a cosmetic detail when comparing prices. Sexonic has listed the same EAN twice in its feed—once as “ToyJoy Extreme XXXL Dildo PVC 34 cm Skin” under article number 73 and once as “Get Real Extreme XXXL Dildo 34 cm Skin” under article number 18367—at the identical price and with identical stock status. So if you search for the product name instead of the EAN number, you risk thinking that you are comparing two different products when you compare two listings of the same item.

Behind the brand is a Dutch company. The manufacturer’s own instructions name TOYJOY, Bijsterhuizen 3151, 6604 LV Wijchen, the Netherlands as the manufacturer, and state that TOYJOY® is a registered trademark and trade name for SCALA 2.0 B.V. This is relevant because that is the address where a complaint case ultimately lands, if the shop forwards it.

34, 36 or 42 centimeters—why the figures differ

Here is the complete picture of what the five shops state for the same article number, side by side with the manufacturer’s own information:

• Joyme — 34 cm total. No insertable length and no diameter are published.

• Blush Me and SexleksakerOutlet — 42 cm total, 34 cm penetrating, 7.6 cm maximum diameter. Both shops use the exact same product text word for word.

The manufacturer wins this kind of conflict, and what can be concluded is that Vuxenkul’s numbers are identical to the manufacturer’s down to the decimal. That suggests that Vuxenkul has taken them from the same source material that ToyJoy itself publishes. So you should rely on 34 centimeters total length and 29 centimeters insertable length, not 42.

Blush Me and SexleksakerOutlet have most likely mixed up the measurement points: their “penetrating length 34 cm” is the same figure as the manufacturer’s total length, and their total measurement of 42 cm has no equivalent anywhere in the manufacturer’s material. Joyland’s 36 cm lies in between without being backed by the manufacturer. The difference between 34 and 42 centimeters is eight centimeters, and for a product in this category, eight centimeters is not a detail—it’s the whole reason for the purchase. It’s exactly the kind of situation where it pays to go to the manufacturer’s side before ordering.

Measurements: 34 cm total, 29 cm insertable, and 7.5 cm in diameter

The manufacturer’s dimension graphic is unusually clear for this product category. It shows a silhouette of the product with three measurements: a line from the top of the suction cup to the tip marked 34 cm, a line from the bottom of the shaft to the tip marked 29 cm, and a diameter measurement in the middle of the shaft marked Ø 7.5 cm. The difference between the two length measurements—five centimeters—corresponds to the pubic area and the thickness of the suction cup, that is, the part that is never intended to be inserted.

The manufacturer’s product images show an acorn that’s wider than the neck just below, a shaft that’s widest in the middle, and a taper down toward the scrotum area. The 7.5 centimeters measurement is the maximum measurement, not an average. That means the inside of the experience changes depending on how far into the product you insert it, which is the whole point of a shaped product instead of a straight cylinder.

The weight that the manufacturer does not publish

ToyJoy does not publish any weight for Extreme XXXL Dildo. The weight field in the manufacturer’s own variant data is set to zero, which in practice means the field has never been filled in, and there’s no weight value in the product text either.

The retailer Joyme, on the other hand, lists 2,175 grams, along with the package dimensions 130 × 297 × 486 millimeters. Two things are worth noting about that figure. The first is that it’s located under the heading “Additional information,” which in that type of store platform is normally shipping data — and the dimensions 130 × 297 × 486 millimeters are also significantly larger than the product and therefore describe the carton, not the dildo. The second is that a little over two kilos still isn’t unreasonable for a massive PVC cast piece measuring 34 centimeters with a 7.5-centimeter diameter. Treat 2,175 grams as a shipping weight including packaging until the manufacturer publishes a net weight, but expect the product itself to be heavy enough to be noticeable.

Weight has a practical consequence that’s rarely mentioned in store text: a heavy suction-cup dildo sits worse on vertical surfaces than a light one. The holding power depends on the vacuum under the cup and on the surface’s evenness, while gravity pulls straight down. The Swedish Chemicals Agency (Kemikalieinspektionen) describes them as substances that can affect the endocrine system and make reproduction more difficult, and several of them are therefore restricted or banned within the EU in a large number of product groups. That’s why a PVC product being declared as phthalate-free isn’t an empty marketing phrase: PVC is hard by itself, and if it’s going to be soft, something needs to be added. The declaration says what it is not.

What it doesn’t say, though, is what the plasticizer actually is. Phthalate-free PVC is plasticized with other substances — there are several alternative plasticizer families used in industry — and ToyJoy does not publish which plasticizer is used in the Get Real series. But that means that the material declaration here is less unambiguous than a pure silicone declaration, where the softness comes from the polymer’s own structure and no plasticizer is needed.

The shops agree precisely on this point, which is a good sign. Joyland has its own line in the spec table labeled “Phthalate-free: Yes,” Blush Me and SexleksakerOutlet write “made of phthalate-free PVC” in running text, and Joyme writes “body-safe PVC free from phthalates.” No shop contradicts the manufacturer about the material.

What’s the difference between PVC and silicone in a dildo?

This is the question that determines whether the product is right for you, and the answer is not that one is good and the other is bad — it’s that they require different things from you.

Silicone is non-porous. A non-porous surface can be made completely clean, because there are no microscopic cavities where residue can get stuck, and it also tolerates high temperatures. Softened PVC is another type of material: it’s softer and more flexible in your hand for a fraction of the cost, but the surface isn’t non-porous in the same way and it doesn’t tolerate heat. There’s also an advantage to PVC that’s easy to forget. The material can be cast into large dimensions without becoming unreasonably expensive or unreasonably heavy, and in practice that’s the explanation for why this category — dildos over 30 centimeters — almost exclusively consists of PVC and TPE products. A full-silicone dildo that’s 34 centimeters long with a 7.5-centimeter diameter is a completely different price class.

Suction cup, strap, and hands-free — that’s how it’s constructed

The construction is simple, and that is a strength. The product consists of a molded shaft with designed ridges, a marked glans, a scrotum area, and a flat suction cup base at the bottom. The manufacturer highlights the suction cup base as the model’s main feature and describes it as what provides a hands-free experience. Vuxenkul also states that the product is harness-compatible, meaning that the base fits into a strap-on harness. That’s a store claim, not a manufacturer claim — ToyJoy does not write anything about harness compatibility for this model. That type of flat, round base in normal cases fits a harness with a round opening, but since harness openings vary in diameter, it’s worth measuring your own harness before assuming that. The competitor Pipedream, however, explicitly lists harness compatibility for its King Cock Plus, which shows that the information can be published when the manufacturer wants to.

How do you use a dildo of this size for the first time?

The most important advice is trivial but crucial: the size of the product doesn’t determine how much of it you use. A 29-centimeter insertable length means that you can use 29 centimeters, not that you should. This model has a suction-cup foot that is wider than the shaft, but ToyJoy does not explicitly state that Extreme XXXL Dildo is intended for anal use. But the stores categorize it differently: Joyland places it, among other things, under fisting and anal-related categories, and Vuxenkul places it under dildos with suction cup for women. When the manufacturer does not say anything, the safest approach is to assume that the foot should be completely outside the body throughout use.

Lubricant: here, the stores contradict the manufacturer

This is the most important deviation in the entire review, and it isn’t about a measurement but about something that can ruin the product.

Blush Me and SexleksakerOutlet both write, word for word, that Extreme XXXL Dildo ”is compatible with both silicone- and water-based lubricants”. The manufacturer’s own safety and usage instructions say the opposite: use only a water-based lubricant, and oil- and silicone-based lubricants can damage certain product materials. The same wording appears in all ten language versions of the instructions.

Joyland follows the manufacturer’s line and even has its own row in the spec table: ”Recommended lubricant: Water-based”. Vuxenkul also recommends water-based lubricant in its product text. So three of five stores agree with the manufacturer, and two do not.

Follow the manufacturer. What can be established is that a silicone-based lubricant that attacks the material makes the surface sticky and porous, and a porous surface can no longer be properly cleaned—it can only be discarded. A water-based lubricant dries faster and needs to be topped up more often, which is a practical downside specifically for a product of this size where each use takes longer. Keep the bottle within reach instead of switching lubricant type.

Cleaning, storage, and lifespan

Since the product lacks electronics, there are no compromises to take into account between tightness and charging contact, and the cleaning is therefore easier than with a vibrator. But the material sets limits that a silicone product does not.

So the product is cleaned according to the manufacturer

ToyJoy’s instructions are concise and unambiguous: clean the product before the first use and after each subsequent use, use lukewarm water with mild soap or a cleaner intended for intimate products, rinse thoroughly after cleaning, and let the product dry completely before putting it away.

Two details deserve to be noted specifically for this model. The first is the underside of the suction cup: it has a recessed area that collects water, and it needs to be wiped dry separately rather than just air-dried. The second is the veins and the structure in the cast material—SexleksakerOutlet describes them as “structured, realistic veins”—which creates tracks where residue can end up staying behind. A soft brush or a finger with soapy lather along the shaft does more than simply holding the product under the faucet.

The manufacturer does not publish any water-tightness rating for this model, and it also isn’t needed: the instruction’s IP section applies to products with battery compartments, charging ports, and protective caps. A one-piece molded product without electronics has no openings to protect and can be rinsed without further ado. Vuxenkul also states “Water-resistant: Yes” in its spec table, which in this case is a reasonable store description rather than a rating.

Storage: why it can’t be kept right up against other toys

The manufacturer’s instructions include guidance that few store texts mention and that is especially relevant for PVC: store products made of different materials separately to prevent material reactions. The reason is that plasticizers can migrate between two plastic materials that are in contact with each other for a long time, leading to sticky surfaces and discoloration.

Other instructions are the usual ones: store in a clean, dry, and dust-free place, avoid prolonged direct sunlight, high heat, and moisture, and it’s a good idea to use a bag or a separate storage box. A cotton bag or a clean sheet is enough. No storage bag is included—the manufacturer lists no included contents other than the product, and the packaging is a transparent blister that isn’t made to be resealed.

Dust is also a bigger problem with PVC than with silicone, because over time the surface easily becomes slightly sticky, and then fibers and particles bind to it. That’s one of the reasons why a bag is worth its fifty kronor for a product of this size, which can hardly fit in a drawer.

Safety: what the manufacturer’s instructions actually say

ToyJoy publishes a multilingual safety and user instruction in PDF form on its website. The document is written for the brand’s intimate products and includes several instructions that apply whether the product has a motor or not. The most important for this model:

• The product is intended for adults only from 18 years of age and is sold as an adult product—it is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.
• Check the product before each use and do not use it if it is damaged, cracked, torn, deformed, or has sharp edges.
• Do not use the product if you are allergic to, or sensitive to, any of the materials listed on the packaging.
• Do not bend, twist, or stretch the product forcefully, and do not expose it to excessive force.
• Do not expose the product to temperatures above 45 degrees, and do not freeze it.
• Do not share intimate products with others without appropriate hygiene protection — on a porous material, it is a particularly relevant instruction.
• Keep the product and all packaging material out of the reach of children and pets.

What is not stated in the instructions is just as worth noting. It contains absolutely no model-specific information at all — no dimensions, no weight, no material code, and no item-specific instruction. The manufacturer consistently refers to the packaging for product-specific information, which means that anyone who buys from a Swedish store and throws away the blister loses the only model-specific documentation that comes with the item. Photograph the back before you throw it away.

ToyJoy Extreme XXXL Dildo compared with the alternatives

Three comparisons are relevant: against the smaller sister model in the same series, against ToyJoy’s own longer but differently constructed Manhandler, and against the best-selling competitor in the premium segment for realistic dildos. All specifications below come from the respective manufacturers’ own product pages, and all Swedish prices come from the stores’ product feeds on July 29, 2026.

Against ToyJoy Extreme XXL Dildo 28 cm — the same product, six centimeters shorter

The closest competitor is ToyJoy’s own Extreme XXL Dildo 28 cm, EAN 8713221827111, item number 10207-SKIN. The manufacturer’s product text is word-for-word the same except for the size specification: the same Get Real series, the same phthalate-free PVC, the same light skin tone, the same suction cup base, the same veins and scrotum. The manufacturer prices it at 71.50 euros versus 95.00 euros for the XXXL model.

In Sweden, the 28-centimeter model costs 495 SEK at Blush Me — exactly the same price as the XXXL model costs at Joyland. That makes the comparison unusually straightforward: if you can find both at the same price, the choice is only a matter of size, not a matter of price. If you’re unsure whether a 29-centimeter insertable length is too much, the shorter model is a more reasonable first purchase, and the difference in price between them at the same store is small enough that it doesn’t determine the decision.

ToyJoy does not publish dimension graphics for the 28-centimeter model corresponding to the one available for XXXL. So the insertable length and diameter for XXL 28 cm can’t be obtained from the manufacturer, and the store figures that circulate for that model are of the same uncertain kind as the ones we’ve already gone through.

Against ToyJoy Get Real The Manhandler 38 cm — longer but a completely different product

Manhandler is ToyJoy’s longest product in the same product family: 38 centimeters, article number 10136, phthalate-free body-safe material, and two colors—light skin tone and black. The manufacturer prices it at 35.99 euros, meaning less than 40 percent of what the XXXL model costs, and in Sweden it’s sold from 369 SEK at Joyme.

That it’s both longer and cheaper may sound like an obvious choice, but it’s two completely different products. The manufacturer describes Manhandler as a “sex wand” with a ribbed shaft and a handgrip-friendly handle in a police baton style. So it has a handle instead of a suction cup and balls. That means no hands-free use, no strap-on compatibility, and a completely different shape—an even smoother, less realistic wand where the lower part is made for the hand.

The conclusion is simple. If you want a product you can hold and control, then Manhandler is both longer and significantly cheaper. If you want the realistic shape, the suction cup, and the ability to use the product without hands, there’s no shortcut—then the XXXL model is the one to go with, and the 126 kronor difference between them, at the cheapest, is well spent.

Compared to Pipedream King Cock Plus 12 inches—more expensive, shorter, better material

The obvious external comparison is Pipedream’s King Cock Plus 12″ Triple Density Cock with Balls, article number PD5723-21, UPC 603912762563. It’s 12 inches, i.e., 30.5 centimeters—three and a half centimeters shorter than ToyJoy’s 34. The manufacturer’s price is 99.99 dollars, and in Sweden King Cock 12 inches with testicles is listed for 779 SEK at SexleksakerOutlet and 1,149 SEK at Vuxenkul, both sold out at the time of the price check.

The biggest difference is the material construction. Pipedream specifies Fanta Flesh in triple density: a soft, skin-like outer layer over a stiffer inner core, to mimic an erect penis. ToyJoy’s product is molded in a single material with, according to Joylands specta table, a medium-firm consistency all the way through. What can be established is that a two-layer construction provides a different feel and a different firmness than a single-layer molding—which is also the explanation for the price difference.

Pipedream also explicitly states that the suction cup has been redesigned for better adhesion, and that the base is strap-on compatible. However Pipedream neither publishes insertion length, diameter, or weight for its model, while ToyJoy publishes two out of three. Based on the information provided, ToyJoy wins on the recorded data; Pipedream wins on material construction; and on price, ToyJoy wins with a margin of 284 SEK over the cheapest King Cock listing.

Price range: 495 to 939 SEK at six sex shops

Six Swedish stores sell the item with EAN 8713221827128, spread across seven listings because Sexonic has posted it twice. The cheapest is Joyland at 495 SEK, and the most expensive is Joyme at 939 SEK. That’s a 444 SEK difference—or a 90 percent difference—for exactly the same item, same color, and same packaging—one of the biggest price spreads we see in this category.

The inventory situation is unusually good. Five of seven listings were in stock during the price check: Joyland at 495 SEK, Blush Me and SexleksakerOutlet at 595 SEK each, Vuxenkul at 657 SEK, and Joyme at 939 SEK. It’s only Sexonic’s both listings at 850.57 SEK that were sold out. The difference between the cheapest and the second-cheapest available store is therefore 100 SEK, and between the cheapest and the most expensive available 444 SEK.

The shipping cost is worth an extra line specifically in this price range, because the stores’ shipping fees vary more than they usually do and the product is bulky. Joyland lists 79 SEK in shipping for the item in its feed and free shipping over 995 SEK, Blush Me and SexleksakerOutlet 29 SEK, Vuxenkul 0 SEK, and Sexonic 98 SEK. If you include shipping, the gap between Joyland and Vuxenkul shrinks from 162 to 83 SEK—and Joyme states free shipping over 899 SEK, which their price of 939 SEK beats.

That the price spread is so large isn’t because any store sells another variant. All listings are tied to the same EAN, and the product is only sold in one color and one size under that number. Several stores also have a sharply reduced price compared to their own regular price: Joyland lists 995 SEK as the regular price versus 495 at checkout, Blush Me and SexleksakerOutlet 895 versus 595, and Vuxenkul 939 versus 657. So it’s a product that gets price adjustments often, which is another reason to check multiple stores on the same day instead of relying on an earlier comparison.

Who is ToyJoy Extreme XXXL Dildo for—and who isn’t it for?

It’s for you if you deliberately look for a product at the extreme end of the size scale and already know that that category works for you. It’s for you if you want hands-free use via a suction cup rather than something to hold. It’s for you if you want a realistic shape with veins and a scrotum instead of an abstract rod. And it’s for you if you want that size without going into four digits—495 SEK for 34 centimeters in declared phthalate-free PVC is a low threshold compared to what corresponding measurements cost in silicone.

It doesn’t fit you if you want a material that can be boiled or washed in the dishwasher. PVC has a temperature limit of 45 degrees according to the manufacturer, and therefore sterilization is out of the question. It doesn’t fit you if you use silicone-based lubricant—the manufacturer advises against it, and two of the shops that claim otherwise are wrong. It doesn’t fit you if you want a product with a long, documented service life, because there is no manufacturer warranty beyond the statutory one and the material ages. And it doesn’t fit you if you want exact specifications—the weight is not published, the softener is not published, and the SEL compatibility is not published by the manufacturer.

One final thing belongs in the decision, and it has to do with expectations. The store information about this product varies so much that the risk is significant that you’ll order under the impression that you’ll get 42 centimeters and instead get 34. ToyJoy does not provide any voluntary manufacturer warranty for this product. The instruction expressly states that the product is covered by the applicable statutory warranty, that it covers material and manufacturing defects during normal use, and that proof of purchase is required for a claim. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, lack of care, modifications of your own, and damage caused by not following the instruction are not covered.

The fact that the manufacturer provides nothing beyond what the law requires is actually a reasonable position for a product of molded plastic with no moving parts: the most common reason why such a product is taken out of use is that the material ages, and material aging is by definition normal wear and tear. What matters to you as a buyer is therefore not the manufacturer’s warranty but the Swedish consumer-rights rules, and they apply regardless of what the manufacturer writes.

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen), you have three years’ right to complain about defects in the goods. A defect is something that was already there at the time of delivery—such as a crack in the casting material, a suction cup that doesn’t hold, or discoloration that isn’t due to use. Your counterparty is the shop you bought from, not ToyJoy in Wijchen, and it’s the shop that must handle the case.

For distance purchases, you also have a right of withdrawal for fourteen days under the Act on Distance Agreements and Agreements Outside Business Premises. Be aware that in practice the right of withdrawal is strongly limited for hygiene items that have been removed from a sealed package—and a sex toy in blister packaging is a prime example of that category of goods. The right to complain about defects, however, always applies, whether the package has been opened or not.
