This review is about the item with EAN 4024144451012. The number has been verified against ORION’s own B2B product listing, where the item number 50033850000 is listed alongside the line “Barcode: 4024144451012 (EAN-13)”, and against the specification tables of three of the five Swedish stores. It’s worth checking, because the Beasty Cocks series includes several tentacle models in different lengths, which the stores like to put under very similar headings.

What a 46-centimeter tentacle dildo actually is

The measurement is the entire product idea, so that’s where a review has to begin. A total of 46 centimeters means the item is longer than an A3 page held vertically. Of those, 42 centimeters are stated as insertable, which leaves about four centimeters — the suction foot and the transition to the shaft — outside the body when the product is fully inserted. It’s not a measurement that describes how it’s used in practice, but how far the material can physically go. These two words do different things, and both are worth understanding. Pore-free means that the material lacks microscopic cavities where residue can get stuck. A pore-free surface can be cleaned; a porous one can’t, no matter how much soap you use. It is the single most important material property for anything that is meant to lie against mucous membranes. Seamless means that the material is molded in one piece without a molding seam or adhesive joint. On a 46-centimeter-long product, that’s a real technical point: a molding seam along the entire shaft would be both a potential break point and a dirt pocket running from tip to base.

What can be established based on the specification is that the choice of material is the best available in the category, and that the lack of seams removes the most common weakness of long, soft molded products. Measurements and weight: 46 cm, 42 cm, 5.2 cm — and two different weight figures

The measurements are unambiguous and match across all five stores: overall length 46 centimeters, inserted length 42 centimeters, largest diameter 5.2 centimeters. Mshop adds that the height is also given as 46 centimeters and the width as 5.20 centimeters, which is the same thing expressed in a different table format.

The weight, however, is not unambiguous, and that calls for an explanation. ORION states 640 grams in the product description and 970 grams in the data block on its B2B page. The 640 grams appear in the running text under the heading for measurements and materials, i.e. on the same line as length and diameter, and are repeated in all language versions. The 970 grams appear in the “Size” data block next to the package dimensions 11.5 × 11.5 × 48 centimeters and the information about six units per carton, i.e. in the block used for logistics. The most reasonable interpretation is that 640 grams refers to the product and 970 grams to the packaged item, but ORION does not specify which figure refers to which, and the difference of 330 grams is too large to ignore.

The Swedish stores follow the product text. Vuxen, Joyland, and Taboo all state 640 grams in their product texts. Mshop instead gives 0.87 kilograms, i.e. 870 grams, in its packaging block together with the packaging dimensions 63 × 17 × 10.5 centimeters—which in turn do not match ORION’s own 11.5 × 11.5 × 48 centimeters. This is a store claim that contradicts the manufacturer, and in such a situation, the manufacturer’s information applies.

No matter which figure is used, the product is heavy for its category. 640 grams is more than twice as much as Beasty Cocks Octopus Prime, which ORION gives as 318 grams, and that follows directly from the length. Weight is also the reason why the suction cup’s adhesion is a practical matter rather than a marketing point: the longer the lever arm and the heavier the item, the greater the torque on the attachment surface.

This is how the product is intended to be used

The manufacturer’s customer information PDF provides the only concrete instruction that exists: attach the suction foot to a smooth, clean, and dry surface, and remove it gently from the surface after use.

The suction foot’s diameter is not published by the manufacturer, and there is also no information about how much weight or side force it is intended to hold. That is a noticeable gap here, because physics is against the design: a 46-centimeter-long and 640-gram body that protrudes from a vertical surface exerts a twisting moment on the mount that increases with distance from the base. That a suction cup can hold a 20-centimeter-long dildo says nothing about whether it can hold a dildo that is twice as long.

What can be established is that suction cups generally adhere best to non-porous, completely smooth surfaces—tile, glass, lacquered sheet metal, enamel—and worst on seams, textured plastic, and treated wood. Lightly moistening the surface before attaching is standard advice in the category, and Mshop prints it in its own product text together with the recommendation to test the attachment with your hand before you apply load, explicitly referring to the fact that this particular model is longer and heavier than average. This is a store claim, but it is sensible advice that does not contradict anything ORION writes.

Does it fit in a regular strap-on harness?

ORION explicitly states that the product can be inserted into strap-ons and repeats this in both the product description and the bullet list of features. Mshop lists “Strap-on” as one of the item’s features. It is therefore an intended use, not an afterthought.

The practical reservation is the same as for the suction cup, and the manufacturer does not address anything about it: ORION publishes no measurement for the suction cup’s diameter, which is exactly the measurement you need to know whether it fits a given O-ring. Harnesses are typically supplied with rings in several diameters, and a base that’s too wide requires the largest ring, while a base that’s too narrow slips through. If you already have a harness, it’s worth measuring your largest ring before counting on the combination. On top of that comes gravity: 640 grams sticking out 42 centimeters in front of the hip loads a harness very differently than a shorter model does, and ultimately it’s a comfort problem for the person wearing the harness rather than a material problem.

Vaginal or anal? The manufacturer and the stores say different things.

This is the clearest contradiction about the article, and it’s worth stating plainly.

ORION classifies the product as ”For vaginal use” in its properties block, and marks it with ”Frauen”, ”Standfuß” and ”Vaginal” on the German consumer page. The usage section on the same page describes only stroking and vaginal insertion. In the Q&A section at the bottom of the manufacturer’s product page, however, ORION answers a direct question about anal use by saying that it can be tried, provided that you use plenty of water-based lubricant and listen to your body.

The stores have gone further. Vuxen places the item in the category anal sex and states in the bullet list that it’s intended ”for both vaginal and anal use” and ”for the experienced user”. Mshop lists body parts ”G-spot, Vagina, Anal”. Vuxenkul writes that it’s perfect for both vaginal and anal stimulation.

The difference isn’t academic. ORION’s own customer information PDF devotes an entire section to anal use, and the advice there is concrete: gently stretch the anal sphincter before penetration, start with products with smaller diameters and gradually increase the size, use plenty of water-based lubricant, and be aware that there are two muscle rings that the product must pass. The same document points out that products without stoppers always must be held in place. Eel of Ecstasy has a wide suction cup, which in practice works as a stopper, but the combination of an extended 42 centimeters and a largest diameter of 5.2 centimeters makes the manufacturer’s own wording — start with smaller diameter and increase carefully — hard to reconcile with the idea that this item would be a reasonable first choice.

How much of those 42 centimeters is realistically usable?

This is the question everyone asks, and the answer must be kept level-headed. The manufacturer states 42 centimeters as the extended length. It is a measurement of the product, not a claim about anatomy, and ORION says nothing at all about how far a user should or can go. The manufacturer’s own wording in the Q&A section is instead that you should take it easy, use plenty of lubricant, and let the body show when it is ready.

What can be established is the following. The tapering shape means that the depth and the circumference increase together, which in practice means that the diameter sets a limit long before the length does for most people. The adult product’s own product page describes the item as a product “for the experienced user,” and that is the most reasonable interpretation of the specification: the 46 centimeters are the product’s outer limits, not its normal position. Buying it and then using twenty centimeters of it is a completely normal outcome, and the construction with the suction foot also makes it easy to control how much is used.

Water resistance: why an IP rating doesn’t belong here

Three of the five shops describe the item as waterproof. Mshop writes “100% Waterproof” and lists “Waterproof” as a feature. Vuxenkul states “Water-resistant: Yes”. Taboo goes one step further and has a line that reads “Water-resistant IPx5: Yes”. None of these comes from the manufacturer.

The claim about IPx5 and what IEC 60529 actually describes

ORION does not publish any IP rating for Eel of Ecstasy, either on the product page, in the B2B email, or in the customer information PDF. And that’s reasonable, because the enclosure ratings in the standard IEC 60529 define how well an enclosure protects electrical equipment against penetrating solid objects and water. IPX5 means that the enclosure has been tested against water jets from a nozzle; IPX7 that it can handle submersion one meter deep for 30 minutes. So both describe how well an enclosure keeps water away from electronics.

Eel of Ecstasy has neither an enclosure nor electronics. Taboo’s own specification table states, “Motor type: No motor,” and Mshop states the driving force as “Hand power”. The product is a solid, seamless molded silicone body. There is nothing to protect and nothing to classify. An IPX5 claim on this item is therefore not a higher or lower rating than any other—it’s a statement that has no meaning for the product type, and it should not be used as a comparison point against a vibrator that actually has a rating.

What practically applies is simpler and better: a solid silicone body without openings can be rinsed under running water without any reservations. The manufacturer’s customer information states cleaning with warm water and mild soap, and the material guide highlights that silicone does not react with soap, alcohol-based sex toy cleaning products, or water-based lubricants. It’s a stronger message than an IP rating would have been.

Cleaning, lubricant, and storage

Rinse off the product in lukewarm water after each use and use fragrance-free soap or a cleaning product intended for intimate products — ORION expressly recommends a sex toy cleaner for special care. Be extra careful with the structures: the scales on the top side and the row of pores along the underside are exactly the kind of relief where residue stays behind if you only rinse quickly. Let it air-dry completely before putting the product away.

The question of lubricant is the only thing that can ruin the product, and the manufacturer is unusually clear about it. On the product page, ORION writes that only water-based lubricant or a specially made toy gel may be used, and that silicone-containing lubricant can damage the material. The material guide states the same thing as the material’s only drawback: silicone is not compatible with silicone-based lubricant. The reason is chemical — a silicone lubricant attacks the silicone surface over time and makes it sticky and porous, and a porous surface can no longer be cleaned properly; it can only be replaced. Oil-based products such as coconut oil also leave behind a film that is hard to remove. On a product with 42 centimeters of textured surface, this isn’t a detail: it’s the difference between an item that lasts for years and one that becomes unusable.

Storage has its own pitfall that ORION addresses in the customer information. Store the product in a clean, cool, and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, and store it separately and not together with products made of other materials — otherwise, chemical reactions between the materials can occur. Mshop says the same thing in its own text, with the addition that silicone should not be kept tightly against other silicone sex toys for longer periods. Packaging, contents of delivery, and what is not included

ORION lists the contents of delivery in a single line: "1 x Dildo Eel of Ecstasy von Beasty Cocks by You2Toys". No storage pouch, no lubricant, no cleaner. Taboo spells it out explicitly in its specification table under the heading "Not included: Lubricant", which is an unusually straightforwardly honorable way to present the matter in store text.

The packaging is a blister card where the product is visible through the plastic. The manufacturer’s B2B listing gives the dimensions as 11.5 centimeters wide, 11.5 centimeters high, and 48 centimeters long, and six retail units per carton. That the shorter model weighs more than the longer one isn’t an error in the specifications but a consequence of the design: three parallel arms contain more material than one tapered arm. What Triple Tentacle adds is the ability to bend the arms individually and use them separately or together. What Eel of Ecstasy adds is reach and the seamless single-material construction. If you want variety instead of length, the choice is simple — and at the same list price.

Against Beasty Cocks Octopus Prime — the easiest way into the series

Octopus Prime is the series’ smallest suction-foot model: total length 20.2 centimeters, inserted length 17 centimeters, largest diameter 4.6 centimeters, weight 318 grams, material silicone, the color purple, and a recommended price of 59.95 euro. It therefore has the same basic construction as Eel of Ecstasy — one material, a large suction foot, strap-on compatible — in a format that falls within what most people are already used to.

The difference in numbers is dramatic. Eel of Ecstasy is 2.3 times as long, has 2.5 times as long an insertable length, and weighs twice as much. The difference in diameter, however, is moderate: 5.2 versus 4.6 centimeters. That says something important about what you actually buy. If you want a wider range, the upgrade is small. So, in practice, Ravager is in the same size class as Octopus Prime, and the interesting difference compared to Eel of Ecstasy is not in the length but in the reporting. XR Brands publishes two diameters—the narrowest and the largest insertable—which makes it possible to judge both the entry and the top. ORION publishes only the largest. It’s a concrete advantage for XR Brands documentation and a concrete shortcoming in ORION’s, and it’s worth noting precisely because Eel of Ecstasy is the one where the entry matters most of the two.

Against ToyJoy Get Real Foreskin Double Dong 40 cm — closest in length

The only item in this range of materials that is close to Eel of Ecstasy in length is ToyJoy’s Get Real Foreskin Double Dong Silicone 40 centimeters. The manufacturer lists the length as 40 centimeters, the material as premium liquid silicone with double density, and highlights a movable foreskin as the distinctive feature of the design. A canvas storage pouch is included, and the recommended price is 98.99 euro.

The two products solve completely different problems even though the length is comparable. Get Real is a double dildo—it has a head at both ends and no base—and is therefore intended for use between two people or for double penetration, not for fixing against a surface. The stock situation changes the picture. Vuxenkul, which had the lowest price, did not have the item in stock at the price check on September 12, 2026. The lowest available price was instead Vuxen at 499 SEK, followed by Taboo at 599, Joyland at 649, and Mshop at 719. Calculated only across the four stores that actually had the item in stock, the spread is 220 SEK, i.e. 44 percent. • Taboo states the weight as 250 grams in its specification table, while the bullet list higher up on the same page says 640 grams. The bullet list matches the manufacturer.
• Taboo lists “Water-resistant IPx5: Yes” for a product that the same table a few lines down describes as “No motor.” Enclosure classes apply to electrical equipment and mean nothing here.

The rule is simple: when a store and the manufacturer say different things, it’s the manufacturer’s statements that apply, and when a store contradicts itself on the same page, it’s a sign that the specification table is generated automatically from a feed rather than filled in manually.
