Neither the product page, the distributor’s specification table, nor the multilingual manual mentions any warranty period. Instead, the manual includes a disclaimer: no responsibility is taken for damage or accidents that arise from improper handling, force, modifications, or failure to follow the safety instructions. This is not uncommon in this price segment, but it should be factored in—especially compared with brands that state five, ten, or twenty-five years of warranty.

What does always apply, however, are your statutory rights, and they are not dependent on the manufacturer promising anything. Under the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (consumentköplagen), you have a right to complain about defects in the goods for three years. For distance purchases, you also have a right of withdrawal for fourteen days under the Act on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises (distansavtalslagen).

Be aware that in practice the right of withdrawal is limited for hygiene products that have been taken out of a sealed package—Konsumentverket provides guidance on the exception. The right to complain about defects, on the other hand, always applies, and that’s the one you use if one of the two motors stops working or if charging stops working within three years. Save the receipt and the packaging; the carton bears both the item number and the EAN, which makes a complaint significantly easier. The manual also expressly instructs you to keep the packaging, because it contains the instructions for use and information about the battery and charging.

One last piece of advice about waste disposal, since this applies to all products with an embedded battery. The manual points out that the symbol with the crossed-out wheeled trash bin means the product should be handed in free of charge at a collection point for electronic waste, and that batteries do not belong in household trash. Since the battery here is molded into the silicone, you can’t separate it yourself—so the entire product is to be disposed of as electronic waste.
