A defect that existed at delivery—a casting defect in the silicone, a crack in a flap, a defect in the base—is a defect you can complain to the store about for three years. For distance purchases, you also have a right of withdrawal for fourteen days under the Law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises. Be aware that, in practice, the right of withdrawal is limited for hygiene products that have been taken out of a sealed package—and this item is delivered in a cardboard box measuring 18.5 × 9.4 × 9.4 centimeters.
