The prostate sits a few centimeters inside the front of the rectum, and a prostate vibrator is curved to reach it. Most have two parts: an insertion part toward the prostate and an outer arm against the perineum. There is no single best sex toy for men, because different types do different things. Some questions to start from:
Should it be used alone or with a partner? For masturbation, a masturbator is the most direct choice. During sex with a partner, a vibrating penis ring is the toy that gives something to both of you.
Do you want electronics? A manual toy is cheaper to run and has nothing that can break. A toy with a motor does more, but requires charging and an enclosure rating that can withstand the cleaning you plan to do.
Are you curious about the prostate? Then you need a toy made for anal use, with a base that prevents it from sliding in, and plenty of lubricant.
How much care are you willing to do? Silicone is non-porous and easy to keep clean. Skin-like materials in masturbators require that the sleeve is rinsed and dries completely after each use.

Rinse the masturbator’s sleeve with lukewarm water right after use and let it dry completely before putting it back—Fleshlight warns that mold can develop if the sleeve isn’t dried properly.
