The Satisfyer models: a guide to the range

Satisfyer is best known for air pulse toys, but the range is much broader. That makes it easy to get lost, especially as many models have almost the same name. The simplest approach is to start with the type of toy and then choose a model within it.

If you want air pulse for the clitoris: Pro 2 Generation 3 for the most features, Love Triangle or Secret Kiss for a small format. If you want air pulse plus a part for the G-spot: Pro G-spot Rabbit, Curvy Trinity 4 or Sunray. If you want a rabbit vibrator: Mono Flex or Embrace Me. For couples: Pro 4 Couples or Double Joy. For the penis: Men Vibration+, Men Heat Vibration or one of the rings.

Below we go through how the model names work, what almost all Satisfyer models have in common, and then the range group by group.

Some parts of the names recur and say a lot about the product.

Connect App means the model has Bluetooth and can be controlled with Satisfyer Connect. The same product sometimes exists both with and without the app, like Pro 2 Generation 3, and then the versions have different EAN numbers.

Pro recurs in the air pulse models: Pro 2, Pro 2+, Pro 3+, Pro 4 Couples and Pro+ G-Spot. Generation indicates which round of a model it is. Pro 2+ and Pro 3+ both have vibration in addition to air pulse. In shops, Pro 2+ is often sold as Pro 2 Vibration and Pro 3+ as Pro 3 Vibration.

The Men range is toys for the penis, and the Couples models are made to be used during sex. Since retailers name the models differently, the EAN number is the safest way to know what you are buying. The Pro 2 family, where the confusion is greatest, is untangled in Satisfyer Pro 2: the difference between the generations.

Material: Satisfyer specifies silicone and ABS plastic for most models, and writes in its FAQ that the head on all Air Pulse products is made of silicone. Satisfyer rarely publishes an explicit declaration on phthalates, BPA and latex for individual models.

Waterproofing: almost all the models we have reviewed are rated IPX7 and can be submerged. The exception is the battery-powered variant of Pro 4 Couples, which is only IPX6.

Battery: Satisfyer publishes battery capacity, charging time and usage time in its quick guides, which is more than many manufacturers do. Usage time is about 60 minutes for most models, while charging time is often two to four hours. Many models charge with a magnetic, product-specific cable; Pro 2 Generation 3, Pro 2 Next Generation, Secret Kiss and Pro+ G-Spot charge with ordinary USB-C.

Noise: Satisfyer often markets a whisper mode but publishes no measured noise level. According to the FAQ, the noise depends on how the product is positioned.

Warranty: Satisfyer states a fifteen-year warranty. According to the terms, it only starts to run once the statutory warranty period in the buyer's country has expired, the battery is excluded, the buyer pays the shipping when sending it in and the warranty does not apply in all countries. Check the terms for the country where you live.

This is Satisfyer's core. All of them use Air Pulse – pressure waves in a chamber over the clitoris – and most have eleven pressure wave intensities.

Pro 2 Generation 3 is the most complete: two motors with eleven pressure wave programmes and twelve vibration programmes, two removable caps, one of them with Liquid Air, 500 mAh and USB-C. Pro 2+ and Pro 3+ also have two motors, with eleven pressure wave levels and ten vibration programmes, in smaller and lighter bodies of 90.3 and 113 g respectively.

Love Triangle is the shortest of those compared, 87.55 mm and 115.5 g, with eleven pressure wave levels, ten vibration programmes, a hygienic cap and Satisfyer Connect. Secret Kiss is shaped like a lipstick, 130 × 27 mm and 74 g, with thirty pressure wave modes – three membrane positions times ten intensities – and USB-C. Traveler is the smallest, 56 g, with air pulse only and a magnetic cap.

Three models combine an air pulse head for the clitoris with a vibrating part for the G-spot. Pro G-spot Rabbit has two separately controllable motors with eleven pressure wave intensities and twelve vibration programmes, 700 mAh and USB-C – but according to the manufacturer the cable is not included. Curvy Trinity 4 has three motors, two of them separately controllable, with the same eleven plus twelve programmes, and a shaft for vaginal stimulation. Sunray has a bendable shaft with a chain link that holds the angle, eleven pressure wave intensities, ten vibration programmes and Satisfyer Connect.

All three state about 60 minutes of run time. Charging time varies from about 3 hours for Pro+ G-Spot and Curvy Trinity 4 to about 4 hours for Sunray. More toys of that type are compared in the guide to rabbit vibrators.

Satisfyer's rabbit vibrators vibrate in both arms instead of using air pulse. Mono Flex has two motors controlled completely independently, ten modes times five intensities and Satisfyer Connect. Embrace Me has two motors with twelve programmes each, a flexible shaft, a grip ring in the handle and 650 mAh. Spinning Rabbit 1 has three motors, twelve vibration programmes and five rotation programmes – only the shaft rotates, so the clitoral arm stays in contact.

Triple Oh combines a rabbit with a massage head in the same 238 mm long body, with three motors and two motor systems with twelve programmes each. Among the G-spot vibrators, Rrrolling Explosion has a rolling ball with seven speeds in addition to twelve vibration programmes, and Vibes Master is the large model with 17 cm of insertable length and a 4.7 cm diameter, but only about 35 minutes of run time.

Wand-er Land is Satisfyer's large wand vibrator: 299 × 112 × 55 mm and 400 g, with ten programmes and five intensities and a 1,000 mAh battery. Run time is about 60 minutes. More wands are compared in the guide to wand vibrators.

Among the wearables, Sexy Secret is a 40.3 g panty vibrator with a single button and full app control. Little Secret has three ways to control it – button, app and an included remote – and twelve vibration modes. Top Secret is a wearable G-spot vibrator with app control. For couples, Pro 4 Couples has a U shape with air pulse for the clitoris and vibration inside, and Double Joy a U shape with a motor in each arm, ten vibration programmes and app control. Double Joy is the lightest of Satisfyer's couples' vibrators, 78 g, but the charging time is about 4.5 hours for about 60 minutes of run time.

Men Vibration+ is a masturbator with fourteen vibration programmes that can be edited in the app, IPX7 and a 1,200 mAh battery. Run time is about 90 minutes, but charging time is about 6 hours. Men Heat Vibration warms the insert and has eleven vibration programmes; the heat has its own button. Men One is completely manual, with no battery, a pressure regulator and interchangeable sleeves.

Among the rings, Swordsman has continuously adjustable width, two motors and twelve programmes, and Duelist the same adjustable width with one motor. Power Ring is the simplest, 23.5 g with ten programmes. How to use a ring safely is covered in how to use a cock ring.

Satisfyer also sells toys without electronics. Dazzling Crystal 2 is a double-ended dildo in solid borosilicate glass, 200 × 38 × 36 mm and 261 g, with a nubbed texture at one end and ribbed at the other. Glass works with all types of lube and can be used for temperature play within the manufacturer's limits, but it has no flared base and the manufacturer does not state it is for anal use. Love Beads are two chains of silicone anal beads with five graduated beads each, 28 to 33 mm wide, and a loop for pulling them out. Always use lube and go slowly; more in how to use anal beads.

Start with what you want to do. For the clitoris: an air pulse model in the Pro range or Love Triangle. For the clitoris and G-spot at the same time: Pro+ G-Spot, Curvy Trinity 4 or Sunray with air pulse, or Mono Flex and Embrace Me with vibration. For couples: Pro 4 Couples or Double Joy. For the penis: the Men range or a ring.

Then choose by how you want to control it. If you want to be able to hand control to someone else, choose a model with Connect App in the name or Little Secret with its remote. If you want to avoid an app, choose a model without one.

Finally, think about the battery. Most Satisfyer models state about 60 minutes of run time. If you want longer, it is worth comparing with other brands – for example in the Womanizer models or in the category vibrators.

Buying the wrong variant. The same name can exist with and without an app, and Pro 4 Couples also comes as a battery-powered variant with a lower water rating. Check the EAN number.

Counting on a fifteen-year warranty without conditions. The battery is excluded, and according to the terms the warranty does not apply in all countries.

Losing the charging cable. Many models have a magnetic cable that cannot be replaced with an ordinary USB cable.
